very brave cat. Uh-ho!

more than one garden can be very handy indeed. Hmm! What’s that smell, Binka?
Ahh! Chicken! Chicken first and tuna later. That’s what Binka feels like today.
Oh, no! Not Spit again! Spit can be a very annoying cat. What about that
chicken? Hey! That’s Binka’s cat flap! And that’s Binka’s chicken! Sometimes
having friends can be very handy indeed. Tango? Oh! But not as handy as having
owners! Ha-ha! Serves you right, Spit! That’s Binka’s house and Binka’s food
and Binka’s garden!

Binka

What a cold day! The radiator is lovely and warm. Are you still cold, Binka? Cold cats are hungry cats. Oh, dear! It's not easy to fill your tummy when your plate is empty. Binka! Ah, that’s better. On a cold day there’s nothing better than a big plate of breakfast. No wonder, it's cold, Binka! It’s snowing! This is fun! Brave cats don’t mind having cold paws. Wait a minute! Whose paw prints are those, Binka? They are too big for Silvia. That’s funny! Some more paw prints! And too small for Tango! But there’s no one here except you, Binka! Perhaps, they are your paw prints, Binka? Yes, it fits. Watch out, Binka! Who did that? It’s hard for a heavy cat to grip in the snow. You’re enjoying yourself, Binka? Binka is going to try that again.

Once is enough. Ah, there’s Silvia! Binka likes Silvia. Binka likes Silvia a
lot! Hey, watch this, Silvia! You are no acrobat, Binka. But Silvia is. Cold
snowy cats need a second breakfast to keep them warm. Now perhaps Mrs. Dawson
has got something tasty for you, Binka! Where’s Mrs. Dawson’s door gone? Binka
is a brave cat. Tango has never seen a snow cat before, Binka. Not now, Tango!
Binka doesn’t feel like playing. Never mind, Binka! Think of Mrs. Dawson’s
lovely warm kitchen. Watch out, Binka! Even a furry cat can look soggy. Now you
are feeling warmer, Binka? And a bit hungry? On a snowy day a second breakfast
of fish is just what a brave cat needs! And a little cuddle. And a warm place
to curl up. Binka likes the snow. Binka likes the snow when he’s warm and cozy

Binka and Three Suppers

Binka's home is with Mrs. Dawson, the Lockets family and Mr. Bolt.
It's very convenient to have three houses because in every house there's a bowl and in every bowl there's something to eat. Tonight Binka has come to Mr. Bolt's house for supper. Mr. Bolt is a very good cook and this is one of Binka's favorite suppers. Binka doesn't mind doing the washing-up and he always washes his hands after supper in case he’s missed anything tasty. Uh-ho, Binka smells something else now. But you've already had your supper, Binka! Oh, dear! It's not easy climbing fences when you have a full tummy. And it's not easy to play with your friends when you have a full tummy.
What there's at the Locket’s house for supper? Ah, it's fish! That really is Binka's favorite supper of all! So Binka is having two suppers. He had one at Mr. Bolt's. Now he's having another supper at the Locket's. And he's doing the washing-up again too!
Oh, dear! It's not easy being squeezed when you have a very full tummy. And it's not easy using a cat flap when you have a full tummy.

When Silvia comes by
Binka always likes to show off. Oh, Binka. Sometimes friends laugh at things
that aren't funny at all. Binka wants to show Silvia all the things he can do.
Binka likes Silvia. Binka likes Silvia a lot. Oh, Tango, what are you doing? You're
making the fence wobble! Not now, Tango!
Climbing fences is not
the only thing Binka can do. Binka is a very brave cat. But it's not always
easy being brave.
Maybe there's something
else brave you can do to show Silvia, Binka. Ah, the tree, good idea! No sign
of that squirrel any more. Binka is a very good climber. What do you think,
hey? Are you going to go higher, Binka? Silvia is looking at Binka now. Wow,
Binka, it's very high! Uh-ho, it’s not always a good idea to look down when you
are very high somewhere even if you are a very brave cat.
Oh, dear! It's beginning
to get dark now, Binka. It's time for Silvia to go home to her supper. It's
