The baby triplets play with colours
We could understand perfectly the colours, and we had to pay more attention for new words and sentences like: "sun, tree, strawberry..." "I will paint a tomato"
After all that, we made a fantastic drawing.

The Shapes songs
Before
singing the song, we introduced and review different shapes. "The ShapeSong #2" practices triangle, rectangle, oval, and star, ("The
Shape Song #1" practices circle, diamond, square and heart). We played
the song in the background as we review the shapes with flashcards.
This is a
super simple song for practicing shape recognition. It's also a fun fingerplay
as children get to create the different shapes with their hands or even their
bodies. It teaches useful language for making and looking for objects.
At first, we played with the song looking for the shapes in the class, after that, we cut colour shapes and spread them in the class. During the song, we had to look for one of them and bring them to our table. Once we had all our shapes in front of us, we had to rise the one the teacher said. "rise the diamond", "rise the heart"... Students played teacher's role and tell their mates to rise the shapes they wanted.

CLOTHES
We
have had a great time today!
We watched "the baby triplets" for begin, we learned words and sentences like "It is too small" "it is too big". The baby triplets had fun playing with mummy and daddy's clothes!
After that, we saw two more videos, the first one helped us to learn clothes vocabulary, and the second one helped us to make sentences with those new words we had just learned.

We love the teacher taking photos of us! We always say "CHEESE!!!!!"

Uh-huh!
They don't get any simpler than this. For a little bit of insight into the creation of this song, check out Devon's Blog.
This song is just a lot of fun. And for ESL/EFL students, this song helps them move beyond formulaic yes/no responses to more natural, kid-like responses. If you ask a native-English speaking child, "Do you like ice cream?" she will almost certainly NOT answer "Yes, I do." Kids say things like "yep" or "uh-huh!" So, while it is important for children to understand and be able to use expressions like "Yes, I do" and "No, I don't," it's also important for students to learn some of the more informal, natural expressions that children use.
This song also helps children learn the intonation, or the variation of tone, of English. Adult ESL/EFL learners often have a very hard time hearing and saying "Uh-huh" and "Unh-unh"...two similar sounds with totally different intonations. Children who learn this song get a quick lesson in the importance of intonation.

The wheels on the bus
We love learning while we play,
sing, dance and draw!
Our new vocabulary comes from the song "the wheels on
the bus" we've learned some words like: "Wheels, horn, wipers, doors,
open, shut, baby, mummy... " and every noise each part of the bus
make. The wipers on the bus go "swish wsish swish, swish swish swish"
The horn on the bus goes "beep beep beep, beep beep beep"...
We've played "the napkin" out at the playground
using these new words instead of numbers.
Furthermore, we also have reviewed songs like "are you hungry?” " Head shoulders, knees and toes", "walking, walking" , "count and move" while we danced around the classroom and played with the chairs.

Here we have the video we have seen in class!

WE LOVE COOKIES!
Les rialles es
podien sentir quiilòmetres enllà. Pobre Ormie, el porquet que volia aconseguir agafar el pot de galetes
que era massa alt, ho intentava de diferents maneres, totes molt originals, però cap no
funcionava...
Amb les
galetes com a tema conductor, començàrem a assajar la cançó “who took the cookie”, una
versió anglesa de la coneguda cançó d’excursions “Qui s’ha pixat al sac de
dormir?”
Incy Wincy Spider
Amb moltes ganes i ritme aprenem noves paraules amb l'ajuda de l'aranya Incy Wincy. Fem el joc de dits de la cançó i a més a més ens fem la nostra aranya personalitzada que penja de la seua teranyina. Puja quan surt el sol i cau quan comença a ploure.
Incy wincy spider lyrics
The Incy wincy spider
Went up the water spout
Down came the rain
And washed the spider out
Out came the sunshine
And dried up all the rain Now incy wincy spider went up the spout again.

Rock, paper, scissors !
A la classe de dimarts aprenguérem
la cançó "Rock, paper, scissors". Fent servir la nostra gran
imaginació, férem formes amb les mans, de caragol, de tigre, d’helicòpter i a
més a més, jugàrem a "Pedra paper tisores" en versió anglesa.
Diferenciàrem la dreta i l'esquerra (right and left) i per a què no se’ns oblidara, ens ho pintàrem amb ceres a les mans.

DRAWING OUR SONGS
Després d'escoltar les cançons, cantar-les, ballar-les, entendres-les... també en fem els nostres dibuixos. Ací tenim el tigre de la cançó "Eney, meeney, miney, moe" i també els divertits nombres que imaginàvem quan traballàvem la de "Count and move"
